About Ed Tucker
Who is Ed Tucker?
Ed is a native of northeast Florida and has been a resident of Fernandina Beach for over 30 years. He is also a successful real estate executive with a focus on all types of properties both on and off Amelia Island. After a lengthy career in golf and club management, he has been a Nassau County Top Sales Performer with transactions in many of our area communities, Ed’s understanding of Amelia Island and Nassau County as well as the North Florida lifestyle with its many wonderful coastal attributes, make his knowledge valuable in finding his customers the perfect home!
What Does Ed Do?
Ed’s style of assisting buyers and sellers is one of patience, communication and gaining a good understanding of what living is like while residing here. Golf, tennis, walking on the beach, entertaining friends, gardening etc. are an integral part of finding the right home that fits your lifestyle. The area can be very different from neighborhood to neighborhood and his local knowledge is helpful in finding the perfect place to call home.
Fun Facts About Ed
A lifetime golfer, collegiate player and Life Member of the PGA, Ed’s passion for sports has always been around the game of golf. After playing collegiately, Ed became a member of the PGA and has managed the golf and sports operations of several North Florida clubs which included Amelia Island Plantation and Sawgrass County Club. Ed continues to play golf regularly and participates in local charity golf events. He is also has assisted our local high school golf teams with fund-raising support. Beyond golf, Ed’s passion falls on the gridiron having been a lifelong University of Florida fan and loyal Jacksonville Jaguar season ticket holder since their inception. Ed hopes to one day to see the big cats in the Super Bowl! Ed and his wife Sheila have been Amelia National residents for over 17 years!
